Refuse And Waste Related Services – Manual Sorting Of Municipal Waste And Preparatory Work For Waste Sorting And Work Involving Manual Disassembly Of Large-Size Waste At The Zzo In Legnica. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Manual Sorting Services For Municipal Waste, Including Preparatory Work For Waste Sorting (Cleaning And Household Works) And Work Involving Manual Disassembly Of Large-Size Waste At The Waste Management Plant (Zzo) In Legnica At Ul. Rzeszotarska. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Manual Sorting Of Mixed Municipal Waste And Raw Materials Into Fractions (Plastics, Foil, Waste Paper, Glass And Other Materials Indicated By The Ordering Party) At The Mechanical Sorting Line And In Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Zzo Area, 2) Manual Sorting Of Other Waste (E.G. Construction Waste, Textiles) Into Individual Fractions (Plastics, Foil, Waste Paper, Glass, Clothing, Footwear, Blankets, Etc.) In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Zzo Premises, 3) Works Related To The Preparation Of Waste For Sorting And Loading And Unloading, I.E. Separation Of Bulky Waste, Tearing Of Bags, Etc., 4) Manual Dismantling Of Large-Sized Waste Using Simple Tools Provided By The Contractor (Hammers, Axes, Crowbars, Hand Saws, Etc.), 5) Maintaining Order At The Workplace And The Surrounding Area, 6) Cleaning Work In The Zzo Premises And The Adjacent Area. 3. The Service Will Be Provided: 1) In Two Waste Sorting Plants (Raw Material Sorting Plant And Mixed Waste Sorting Plant) For Manual Sorting Of Municipal Waste: - By A Total Of 66 Employees From Monday To Friday From 06:00 To 14:00 And From 14:00 To 22:00 (Shift Work) And - By A Total Of 33 Employees On Saturdays From 06:00 To 14:00, With The Reservation That The Working Time May Be Extended Incidentally To 15.00 In The Event Of Downtime Of The Mechanical Sorting Line Or In The Event Of An Increased Amount Of Municipal Waste To Be Sorted; 2) In Two Waste Sorting Plants (Raw Material Sorting Plant And Mixed Waste Sorting Plant) And On The Zzo Premises By 4 Employees Performing Cleaning And Household Work From Monday To Friday From 06:00 To 14:00 And From 14:00 To 22:00 (Shift Work); 3) On The Zzo Premises By A Total Of 6 Employees From Monday To Friday From 06:00 To 14:00 And From 14:00 To 22:00 (Shift Work), Including 2 Employees Performing Work Involving The Dismantling Of Large-Sized Waste, 2 Employees Performing Work Involving Manual Cleaning Of Glass From Dirt And Other Waste Fractions And 2 Employees Performing Manual Cleaning Bio-Waste From Pollutants And Other Waste Fractions. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Modify The Working Time, Including The Number Of Hours Per Shift, Of Which It Will Inform The Contractor At Least 24 Hours Before The Planned Modification. The Modification Of Working Time May Also Concern The Launch Of The Third Shift, Of Which The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor At Least
