Natural Gas – Natural Gas Compressed Up To 200 Bar Pressure. The Closed Joint-Stock Company Kauno Bussai (Hereinafter Referred To As The Purchasing Entity) Intends To Purchase Natural Gas Compressed To A Pressure Of 200 Bar, Supplied Through A Complex Of Natural Gas Technological Stationary Or Mobile Equipment (With Filling Equipment), Adapted For Filling Gas Cylinder Tanks Of Buses. The Characteristics And Requirements Of The Purchased Goods Are Described In Annex 1 Technical Specification And Annex 5 Draft Of The Public Procurement - Sale Agreement Of The Procurement Conditions. The Purchasing Entity Does Not Require Ensuring The Validity Of The Offer By The Means Of Ensuring The Fulfillment Of Obligations Established By The Civil Code Of The Republic Of Lithuania. The Purchasing Entity Selects The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On The Price-Quality Ratio. The Prices Of The Offers Will Be Compared Without Vat. The Offer With The Highest Economic Benefit Is Considered To Be The Most Economically Beneficial Offer - It Is The Offer Of The Participant That Has Collected The Most Points (The Maximum Possible Score Is 100 Points). The Procuring Entity Offers To Conclude A Purchase-Sale Contract To The Supplier Whose Offer Is Recognized As The Winner. The Purchase-Sale Contract Must Be Concluded Immediately, But Not Before The Expiration Of The Grace Period - A Period Of 10 (Ten) Days, Which Starts From The Date Of Sending The Notification Of The Decision To Determine The Winning Bid From The Procuring Entity To The Interested Participants By Means Of Cvp Is, And After Which The Purchase-Sale Contract Is Concluded. The Grace Period Does Not Apply When The Only Interested Participant Is The One With Whom The Purchase-Sale Agreement Is Concluded And There Are No Interested Candidates.
