The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of A Warehouse Building Into A Medical And Veterinary Waste Incineration Building, Where An Installation For Thermal Transformation Of Medical And Veterinary Waste With A Nominal Capacity Of 0.4 Mg/H (9.6 Mg/Day) Will Be Constructed, Construction Of A Modular Gatehouse, Waste Shelter, Fence, Hardening Of The Area, Truck Scales, External Filter, Emission Chimney And Two Tight, Double-Walled Buffer Tanks For Industrial Sewage, Connections: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage And Heating, External Installations: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Gas, Power Cable Line With Lighting Poles. The Order Includes In Particular: Development Of A Technical Design (Pt) And Detailed Design (Pw), Delivery, Execution, Assembly, Integration, Commissioning And Commissioning Of A Complete Installation For Thermal Processing Of Medical And Veterinary Waste With Nominal Capacity. 0.4 Mg/H (9.6 Mg/Day), Located In The Existing Hall, Along With The Performance Of The Necessary Construction, Installation And Land Development Works. The Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With Article 170 In Connection With Article 153, Point 3) And 4) Of The Act Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 Entitled Description Of The Needs And Requirements Of The Ordering Party (Opiw) - Construction Of An Installation For Thermal Processing Of Medical And Veterinary Waste With A Capacity Of Up To 10 Tons Per Day (Nominal Capacity 9.6 Mg/Day). 2. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order The Listed Documents Are Binding On The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, The Environmental Decision Conditions, The Final Decision On The Construction Permit Together With The Approved Pab And Pzt, Opiw / Opz, The Agreement And The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Documents Or Studies Relevant To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adopt A Solution Ensuring Compliance With The Law, The Decision On The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project, The Decision On The Construction Permit Together With The Approved Pab And Pzt And The Purpose And Requirements Specified In Opiw / Opz. For The Purposes Of Resolving Technical, Technological, Design, Functional, Environmental And Operational Discrepancies, The Following Order Of Priority Is Adopted: 1) Decision On Environmental Conditions; 2) Final Decision On The Construction Permit With The Approved Pab And Pzt; 3) Opiw / Opz With Annexes;
