Meal-Serving Services – Providing Full-Day Nutrition Services For Patients Of The District Health Center Sp. Z O.O.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Full-Day Nutrition Services For Patients Of The District Health Center Sp. Z O.O. – Patients Of The Hospital In Opole Lubelskie And The Hospital In Poniatowa (Preparation, Delivery Of Daily Meals, And In Exceptional Situations Also Distribution To The Patients Bed), In An Average Daily Number Of Min. 180, Max. 210 (With Full Occupancy Of Both Hospitals Amounting To 210 - Number Of Beds), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004, Regulation (Ec) No. 853/2004 And The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), As Well As The Regulation Of The Minister Health Of December 12, 2025 On The Organizational Standard Of Collective Catering In A Medical Entity Performing Medical Activities Such As Hospital Services. The Estimated Average Number Of Meals In The Last 12 Months Was 8,204 Per Month (With The Current Number Of 148 Beds). The Ordering Party Estimates The Average Annual Number Of Meals At 64,800 (Assuming A Minimum Of 180 Meals A Day) Or 75,600 (Assuming A Max. 210 Meals A Day), With Full Occupancy Of Both Hospitals Of 210 Beds. The Ordering Party Estimated The Number Of Meals (Person-Days) For A Period Of 36 Months, Stipulating That The Expected Number Of Person-Days Provided In The Offer Form Is Only Used To Calculate The Offer Price For The Entire Period Of The Service, I.E. 36 Months. The Actual Scope Of The Service Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party; The Reduction In The Scope Of The Service Will Not Exceed 50% Of The Total Order. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For Failure To Complete The Contract. The Order Concerns The Following Departments: Hospital In Poniatowa - Department Of Internal Diseases With A Cardiology Sub-Division And An Endocrinology Sub-Division (32 Beds), Rehabilitation Department (21 Beds), Orthopedics And Traumatology Of The Musculoskeletal System (16 Beds), Surgical Department With A Sub-Division Of Surgical Gynecology And A Sub-Division Of Otolaryngology And Laryngological Oncology (31 Beds); Hospital In Opole Lubelskie – Palliative Medicine Department (14 Beds), Care And Treatment Center (96 Beds). The Total Number Of Beds Is 210. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
