The Object Of The Purchase Consists In The Execution Of Port Infrastructure Works Provided For By The Project Modernization Of Port Platforms, Modernization Of Railway Lines In The Romcim Area, Installation Of Cf Scales, Construction Of Two Level Crossings With The Railway, Construction Of A New Cf Connection From Line 2 Berth 67, Modernization And Extension Of The Roadway Of The Bridge Loading Dock From The Land Side. The Purpose Of The Present Acquisition Is The Following Works: Modernization Of Port Platforms, Modernization Of Railway Lines In The Romcim Premises, Installation Of Cf Scales, Construction Of Two Level Crossings With The Railway, Construction Of A New Cf Connection From Line 2 Berth 67, Modernization Of Taxiway Loading Dock Bridge From The Dry Side, Conversion Works Of Clinker Export Installations Into Raw Material Import Installations, Modernization Of Cement Unloading/Loading Facilities, Reactivation Of Cf Lines From Berths 67-68, And Brand Application On Concrete Silo. The Investment Includes The Following Components: • Concrete Works For The Construction Of The Platform; • Works Regarding The Construction Of Sewerage Networks; • Works On The Construction Of Water Networks From Phd; • Anrocamemte Works; • Electrical Installation Works; • Works On Repairs To The Reinforced Concrete Elements Of The Crown Beam From Berths 67-68; • Cement Concrete Road Surface Works At Port Platforms; • Foundation Works At Port Platforms: Broken Stone, Biaxial Geogrids, Geotextile; • Hydrotechnical Dredging Works; • Works Regarding The Establishment Of A New Cf Connection From Line 2 Platform 67 And The Modernization Of The Railway Lines In The Romcim Premises; • Railway Scale Installation Works. The General Objective Of The Public Investment In The Infrastructure (Including The Modernization Of The Port Platform - Approximately 10,630+6000 Sqm) Is For Romcim To Transform The Terminal Into A Logistics Hub That Will Continue To Allow The Export Of Goods Specific To The Cement Industry And Not Only, As Well As The Import Of Raw Materials And Their Transfer, With The Possibility Of Using All Transport Routes (Car/Railway/Water) To The Cement Factories In The Country. In This Context, The Investment Involves The Construction Of Concrete Port Platforms With A Total Area Of ​​16,630 Square Meters And Railway Works. We Mention That The Project Is Currently Approved By The Management Authority - Am Pt, And The Financing Contract Has Been Signed. Therefore, According To Art. 21 Para. (1) From H.G.
