Theater Seats – Modernization Of Technical Infrastructure - Cultural And Social Center In Prievidza - Retractable Seating. The Proposed Solution Deals With A Comprehensive Renewal Of The Mechanical Technology Aspect Of The Retractable Seat, Which Includes The Replacement Of The Existing Folded Elevation, Stepped Floors And Seats. At The Same Time, The Seats On The Balcony Will Be Replaced, Including A New Floor Covering On The Steps Of The Balcony Elevation. The Aim Of This Modernization Is To Increase The Technical Level Of The Building, Improve The Functional Properties Of The Viewpoint And Ensure Greater Comfort For Spectators During Cultural And Social Events. The Dimensions Of The Retractable Seating And Stepped Floors Are Maintained To Ensure Compatibility With The Existing Building Solution And To Avoid Interference With The Load-Bearing Structures Of The Building. Part Of The Proposal Is The Installation Of A New Mobile Elevation Equipped With Modern Seats And Side Access Stairs. This New Technology Replaces The Original, Technically Outdated And Functionally Inadequate Folded Elevation, Which No Longer Meets The Requirements For Comfort Or Operational Reliability. The New System Will Enable More Efficient Handling, Faster Rebuilding Of The Viewpoint And Will Contribute To An Overall Increase In The Quality Of The Facilitys Operation.
