A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz: A) The Proposed Assortment Must Be New, Unused, Free From Defects, And Its Technical And Functional Parameters Must Be No Lower Than Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. B) The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. Wherever The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Origins, Technical Specifications And/Or Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. C) Warranty Requirements: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty No Shorter Than That Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol (Without Reservations) Of The Subject Of The Order By Both Parties.
