Inorganic Acids – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Hydrochloric Acid 30% To 33%. The Client Concludes A Framework Agreement For The Delivery And Filling Of Up To 32,560 Tons Of Hydrochloric Acid 30-33% To The Wismut Gmbh Locations. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With Several Companies Based On The Suitability Criteria And Does Not Contain Any Prices. The Prizes Will Be Determined As Part Of A Mini-Competition Between The Framework Agreement Partners. To This End, The Framework Agreement Partners Are Requested To Submit A Price Offer Under The Conditions Of The Framework Agreement For A Maximum Period Of 3 Months, Depending On The Market Situation And The Quantities Available To Them. The Framework Agreement Partner With The Most Economical Price And Available Quantity Will Be Awarded The Contract For This Period. The Price Is Agreed As A Fixed Price For This Period. If There Is No Availability, The Framework Agreement Partner Will Notify You. The Individual Deliveries During This Period Are Called Up Individually By The Clients Contact Person At The Respective Delivery Location (Water Treatment Plant). The Participants Who Lose In The Mini-Competition Will Be Informed. The Mini Competition For Price Determination And Availability Will Be Repeated Regularly Throughout The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Specified Tonnage Quantity Is An Estimate And Maximum Quantity During The Maximum Contract Term. This Can Be Undercut.
