The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Thin Client Computer Terminals With Monitors And Dedicated Holders And The Provision Of Warranty Services For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months, In Accordance With The Specifications Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 1 - Within A Period Not Longer Than 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. If The Tender Documentation Indicates A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Supplies Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor (In Particular The Trade Name Of The Form, Goods Or Product), The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Directly Or Indirectly Indicated In The Tender Documentation, Identifying The Goods Or Product Directly Or Indirectly - Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned. Documentation And Shall Reference Any Such Reference To Or Equivalent. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation.
