Details Of Adapters: Tipper Trailer With Lift 5 Pcs. Snow Push Plate 5 Pcs. Salt Spreader 5 Pcs. Nose Broom 5 Pcs. Additional Front Weights 5 Pcs. Front Loader 1 Pc. Tasks Of The Winning Bidder: A) Delivery, Unloading, Commissioning Of The Compact Tractors And Adapters/Accessories, Carrying Out Operation And Function Tests, Handing Over Accompanying Documentation, Training On The Use Of The Products Retention, Distribution Of Traffic Permits, Marketing Documents. B) Performing Periodical, Mandatory Service And Providing The Necessary Material/Parts Supply, Including Wear And Tear Parts, For 48 Months. C) Fulfillment Of Warranty And Guarantee Obligations Only New Products (Tractors And Their Corresponding Adapters/Accessories) Can Be Delivered Within The Framework Of The Contract. With Regard To New Compact Tractors/Adapters, The Bidder Understands The Following: • The Operating Hours Of The Tractor Must Not Exceed 25 Operating Hours, • The Production Date Of The Products (Tractors And Adapters) Must Not Be Older Than 12 Months Compared To The Date Of Delivery • They Have Not Been Placed On The Market Either In Hungary Or Abroad • Assembled From Factory New Parts, • Free Of Damage (Repair Of Transport Damage With Factory Technology Is Allowed). • All Parts, The Completely Assembled Device And The Accessories Are Subject To The Warranty Undertaken By The Bidder. The Adapters Must Be Offered In Such A Way That They Are Suitable For The Intended Use Of The Proposed Target Machine. The Offered/Delivered Tractors And Adapters Must Comply With The Following Legislation And Standards: · 5/1990. (Iv. 12.) Köhém Decree On The Technical Inspection Of Road Vehicles; · 6/1990. Köhém Decree On The Technical Conditions For Putting Road Vehicles Into Circulation And Keeping Them In Circulation; · Xciii Of 1993 Law On Labor Protection; · Msz En Iso 12100; Msz En 13524 Standard Documentation To Be Handed Over At The Time Of Delivery (To Be Completed At The Same Time As The Delivery): • The Delivery Note Issued For Compact Tractors And Adapters, Which Contains The Name Of The Delivered Products, The Number Of Pieces, All Information From Which The Delivered Item Can Be Clearly Identified. • The Ec Declaration Of Conformity For The Delivered Tractors And Adapters In Hungarian From The Manufacturer Of The Products Or From Its Authorized Representative Established In The European Economic Area (Hereinafter: Eea) • Handling And Maintenance Instructions In Hungarian, For The Recommended (Type) On Paper And In Electronic Form, • Parts Catalog For The Recommended Tractor Type And Its Adapters/Accessories On Paper And/Or Electronic
