Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Civil Engineering And Pipeline Construction Work - Tni (Lot 2). The Subject Of This Tender Is A Framework Agreement In Three Lots: Lot 1: Provision Of Civil Engineering And Pipeline Construction Work In The Clients Gas, Water, District Heating And Electricity Supply Networks, Including New Construction And Maintenance In The Main And Distribution Network As Well As The Associated Network Connections As Well As Organization And Provision Of The On-Call Service For Civil Engineering And Pipe Construction Services (Trb) Lot 2: Provision Of Civil Engineering And Pipeline Construction Work In The Gas, Water, District Heating And Electricity Supply Networks The Client Including Renewal And Modification Of Network Connections Or Fittings As Well As New Construction And Maintenance In The Distribution Network And Implementation Of Small Maintenance Measures, For Example Hydrants, Valves Or Caps (Tni). Lot 3: Provision Of Civil Engineering And Cable Construction Work In The Clients Electricity Supply Network, Including New Construction And Maintenance Of Main Lines And Network Connections As Well As Network Stations As Well As Carrying Out Small Maintenance Measures, For Example The Cable Distribution Cabinets Or The Lighting Masts (Tkb). For Technical Reasons, The Lots Mentioned Will Be Published Separately In Separate Project Rooms On The German Procurement Portal (Dtvp). This Contract Announcement And The Procurement Documents Posted In The Relevant Dtvp Project Space Exclusively Concern Lot 2. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With One Company In Each Lot. The Client Makes A Binding Commitment To The Following Minimum Purchase Quantities Per Year From The Framework Agreement: - Lot 1: Services Worth Eur 2.59 Million - Lot 2: Services Worth Eur 0.64 Million - Lot 3: Services Worth Eur 0.52 Million The Envisaged Order Volume Per Year Is As Follows: - Lot 1: Services Worth Eur 5.18 Million - Lot 2: Services Worth Eur 0.52 Million Eur 1.27 Million - Lot 3: Services Worth Eur 1.03 Million The Following Binding Maximum Purchase Limits Are Set For All Individual Orders Based On This Framework Agreement, Each Based On The Overall Term Of The Framework Agreement Including All Planned Extension Options (Excluding Vat): - Lot 1: Services Worth Eur 26.94 Million - Lot 2: Services Worth Eur 6.60 Million - Lot 3: Services Worth Eur 1.27 Million Eur 5.36 Million Beyond The Minimum Purchase Quantities, The Client Is Not Obliged To Award Orders Within The Meaning Of This Framework Agreement Under The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Begins On January 1, 2027 And Has A Term Of Two Years.
