The Church Is Part Of The Cultural Monument Minorite Monastery, Which Is Registered In The Central List Of Cultural Monuments Under Register Number Úskp 33669/3-1174 And Is Part Of The Territory Of The Historical Center Of Český Krumlov, Which Enjoys Comprehensive Monument Protection Of The Unesco World Heritage Type, Register Number Úskp 3. The Restoration Will Take Place Within The Time Limit And Under The Conditions Specified In The Binding Draft Contract (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract), Which Is In Appendix No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation, To The Extent And Using The Materials And Technological Procedures Specified In The Document Intention To Restore The Organ.
