Part Of The Performance Is In Particular The Performance Of Pre-Implementation Analysis, Delivery And Configuration Of Application Software, Implementation, Data Migration, Provision Of Test Operation, Handover Of Operational And Security Documentation, Provision Of User Training, Provision Of Support Services, Development Services For The Period Of Validity Of The Public Procurement Contract And Provision Of Exit Services. The Delivery Must Be In Accordance With The Clients Requirements, Applicable Legal And Technical Regulations, The National Standard For Essl And Must Enable Obtaining And Maintaining A Valid Attestation According To Act No. 499/2004 Coll., On Archiving And File Service And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, As Amended.
