Periodic Supplies Of Medical Supplies Are Carried Out Upon Prior Written Requests In Order To Ensure The Treatment Process In Multispecialty Hospital For Active Treatment - Asenovgrad Eood. The Dynamic Purchase System Is Not Divided Into Categories – Its Subject Includes Medical Consumables, The Distribution And Terms Of Trade Of Which Are Regulated By The Law On Medical Devices, For Which Uniform Criteria For The Selection Of Participants And Uniform Conditions Of Supply Will Be Applied. Medical Consumables Subject To The Dynamic Purchase System Are Divided By Nomenclature Units, Presented As Product Name And Technical Characteristics, Measure And Approximate Annual Quantity In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation - Appendix No. 1. The Quantities Of Medical Consumables Specified In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And Do Not Create An Obligation For The Employer To Purchase Them In Full. Delivery Performance Is Determined By The Needs Of The Medical Facility Based On Patient Intake And Financial Security. The Types Of Medical Consumables Specified In The Technical Specification, As Well As The Estimated Quantities, May Be Changed, Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, By Adding New Medical Consumables, Including Changing The Estimated Quantities, During The Awarding Of Each Specific Public Order, Within The Framework Of The Dynamic Purchase System Created, For The Duration Of Its Validity. The Term For Which The Dynamic Purchase System Is Created Is 2 (Two) Years Or 24 (Twenty-Four) Months. The Term Of The Contracts That Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Conducted Public Procurement Within The Framework Of The Established Dynamic Purchase System Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months.
