The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of Work Clothes, Special Work Clothes, Work Gloves, Safety Helmets, Visors And Masks And Protective Equipment For The Needs Of The Dgs-Trigrad Tp For A Period Of 24 Months. The Estimated Quantities Of The Goods That Will Be The Subject Of Delivery And The Minimum Requirements For Them Are Indicated In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), Which Is An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. In View Of The Fact That The Goods, The Subject Of This Order, Are Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement, Adopted By Decision No. 591 Of July 18, 2016 To Determine The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Official Gazette No. 67 Of 26 August 2016, Supplemented By Rms No. 516 Of 30.07.2025), This Public Procurement Is Reserved For The Awarding Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Xopa With Disabilities Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 46 Of The Dr Of Zop, Or To Economic Entities Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Xopa With Disabilities Or Xopa In A Disadvantaged Position Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 62 Of The Dr Of Zop. ​​​​​​​
