The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Technical Support And Normal Functioning Of The Information System Used By The Contracting Authority, Ensuring The Functioning Of: Public Register With Data For Eia Procedures; Public Register With Data For Carrying Out Ec Procedures; Support Includes Diagnostic Activities, Technical Troubleshooting, Consultations, As Well As Actions To Ensure The Stable Operation Of The System. In Fulfillment Of The Order, The Contractor Should Perform A Service Of Providing Service Support For An Information System Ensuring The Functioning Of A Public Register With Data For Carrying Out Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) Procedures And A Public Register With Data For Carrying Out Environmental Assessment (Ec) Procedures Under Art. 102 Of The Environmental Protection Act (Epa) With The Following Scope: 1. Main Activities: 1.1. Review System Logs For Errors, Technical Problems Or Unauthorized Access Attempts - Weekly; 1.2. Prevention Of The Software Application And The Database - Monthly; 1.3. System Performance And Performance Monitoring; 1.4. Taking Action To Prevent Possible Technical Problems. 2. Specific Activities (Within The Term Of The Contract And If Necessary And After Written Notification By The Contracting Authority, According To The Technical Specification For The Order): 2.1. Functional Problems - If Changes In The Functionality Of The System Are Necessary, Including Regulatory Changes Or Integration With Other Systems, The Contractor Performs The Necessary Changes With A Maximum Resource Of Up To 24 Man-Hours Per Year. 2.2. Restoration Of The Information System And Data In The Event Of A Possible Crash, Including From A Backup Created By The Centralized System For Reserving And Archiving Data, Servers And Systems Of The Moew-Ca - No Later Than One Working Day. 2.3. Update And Transmission Of A New Version Of The Systems Documentation - In The Event Of Obvious Inconsistencies With The Actual Functionalities, As Well As In Cases Where Actions Have Been Taken To Eliminate Defects And Errors, Within The Framework Of The Contract. 2.4. Migration Of The Information System - Within The Term Of The Contract And If Necessary And After A Written Notification From The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Can Perform A One-Time Migration Of The Information System To A New Infrastructure. 2.5. Decommissioning Of The Information System - Within The Term Of The Contract And If Necessary And After Written Notification By The Contracting Authority. 3. The Software Applications Within The Scope Of The Order Are Implemented On The Following Technological Platform: Internet Information Server 7.5; Net Framework 4.5; Asp.Net 4.5; Asp.Net Mvc 4.0; C# Programming Language. Database Management System: Microsoft Sql Server Standard Edition 2012 Sp1. If Possible, The Contracting Authority Will Provide A Higher Version Of The Database To Which The Database Needs To Be Migrated.​​​​​​
