The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services Related To Organizational And Technical Preparation And Logistical Support For Holding Events Of Different Formats, Such As: Forum/Conference (Up To 5, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 50 - 200 Participants); Working Meetings (Up To 10, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 20 - 100 Participants); Information Days/Campaigns, Trainings, Seminars, Thematic, Etc. Events (Up To 10, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 20-100 Participants); Round Tables, Discussions (Up To 5, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 20 - 50 Participants), Summer School (Up To 2, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 20 - 50 Participants). The Indicated Number Is Indicative And It Is Possible That The Contracting Authority May Not Declare Events Of Every Type And In This Volume. The Different Events Involve The Implementation Of Different Combinations Of Activities, Namely: Accommodation, Provision Of A Hall, Room/Open Space, Provision Of Technical/Conference Equipment, Transport, Catering, Provision Of Speakers/Moderators, As Well As Other Activities Accompanying The Services. All Events Are Held At The Request Of The Client, Depending On The Needs That Arise. In The Request, The Client Specifies The Specific Parameters Of Each Event And His Preferences For Its Holding. The Request May Not Include All Elements Of The Technical Specification. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is For Htmu To Enter Into A Contract, After Conducting A Public Procurement, With Which To Provide Logistic Services In Connection With The Holding Of Events And Activities In The Field Of Labor And Social Policy, Including Events For The Implementation Of Activities Financed In Whole Or In Part With Funds From The European Funds Of Which Htmu Is A Beneficiary.
