The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Carrying Out Cleaning Activities And Ensuring The Conductivity Of The Riverbeds On The Territory Of Troyan Municipality. The Activities Will Be Commissioned If Necessary And Will Be Performed In Sections Of The Riverbeds, Determined By The Finding Protocols Of The Interdepartmental Commission For Monitoring The Conductivity Of The Riverbeds Under Art. 140, Para. 4, Item 1 Of The Water Act, According To The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority. The Scope Of The Order Includes Activities To Remove Tree And Shrub Vegetation, Removal Of Fallen Trees, Branches And Waste, Obstructing The Normal Flow Of Water And Reducing The Conductivity Of Riverbeds, And The Estimated Quantities Are As Follows: Organization Of Work - Truck Transport To The Site And Back – 5 Pcs.; - Excavator Transport To The Site And Back – 4 Pcs.; Preparatory Works - Construction Of An Approach Ramp - 4 Pcs.; - Cutting Trees And Bushes - 32,300 M2; - Loading And Removal Of Trees At A Distance Of Up To 20 Km - 23 Pcs./Course; - Loading And Removal Of Weeds And Bushes At A Distance Of Up To 20 Km - 37 Pcs./Course; - Loading And Removal Of Rhizomes - 35 Pcs./Course; - Uprooting Of Stumps (Rhizomes) – 8,650 M2; Main Mechanized Activity - Excavation Under Aggravated Conditions In The River Bed - 2,850 M3; - Transfer And Cleaning Of The River Ballast - 2,850 M3; - Formation Of Ballast Embankment - 2,850 M3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities In A Way That Does Not Allow Damage To The Adjacent Infrastructure, Facilities, Shore Fortification Elements And Private Properties, As Well As To Comply With The Current Regulatory Requirements For Safety And Environmental Protection. The Useful Wood, Branches, Brushwood And Brush Vegetation Accumulated During The Cleaning Are Collected, Loaded And Transported By The Contractor To Places Designated By The Employer. All Costs Related To The Loading, Transportation And Unloading Of The Materials Are For The Account Of The Contractor And Should Be Included In The Proposed Unit Prices.
