The Puerto Montt Hospital Requires Contracting The Sludge Removal Service From Degreasing Chambers And Inspection Chambers, In Order To Maintain Said Facilities In Optimal Operating Conditions, Ensuring The Correct Evacuation Of Liquid Waste Generated By The Operational And Clinical Processes Of The Establishment. It Also Credits The Increase In The Generation Of Said Waste, Which Makes It Necessary To Implement Preventive Measures To Avoid The Saturation Of The Chambers, Considering That The Accumulation Of Sludge And Its Untimely Removal Can Affect Operational Continuity, Generate Sources Of Contamination And Produce Emissions Of Odors And Gases Potentially Risky For The Health Of People And The Environment.
