Quotation are invited for Framework Agreement for Venue and Accommodation for Security Training. Service Location: Ramallah, Bethlehem The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights of displaced populations and offers assistance within the Shelter, Education, Emergency food security, and Legal assistance and Water, sanitation and hygiene sectors. NRC has been present in Palestine since 2009, with its office located in West Bank and Gaza. NRC is soliciting bids from reputable national registered suppliers to participate in the tender Framework Agreement for Venue and Accommodation for Security Trainings. Manner of submission: Deadline for bid submission is 31/07/2026 23:00 Jerusalem time. Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box (eTB) web site - the link is included in the file , which you downloaded together with this tender package. After successful bid submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the eTB system, with the list of submitted files.
