Submission Closing Date: 27-08-2026 12:00 PM Offer Validity (Days): 90 Description: KAHRAMAA is looking to acquire professional consultancy services for management of its Strategic Portfolio and running the Strategy Execution Office (SEO). The scope covers continuous advisory on Strategic direction, performing tasks and activities associated with strategic initiatives throughout the life cycle, maintaining/enhancement of existing processes and systems for Strategy execution, tracking and reporting the Portfolio progress and performance to the higher management on regular intervals. The scope also includes adequate training plans to be developed and executed during the project to ensure smooth transition and handovers for KM SEO staff by the end of contract. SEO consultancy services are to play the key role in driving the implementation of KM revised strategy up to 2030 by acting as a catalyst for change and transformation in KAHRAMAA Notes: · Fees are non-refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. · Offers are to be submitted separately, technical and commercial. · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) with value equal to 10% of the awarded value. · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period, after approval of the committee, to increase or decrease the quantities, services or works, in line with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations. · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date. · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date, as per the Tenders Committee meeting. · If you face any difficulty for downloading the Tender Documents after Payments, please coordinate with IT Help Desk Administrator in the Government Procurement Portal (The Unified Website of State Procurement (monaqasat@mof.gov.qa).
