Tenders are invited for Supply of Auditorium Chairs Amount of Bid Security (Rs.) 650,000.00 Non Refundable Fee (Rs.) 20,000.00 All bids/proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated in the above table. The bid security, as stated in the table above and obtained from a local commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, shall be valid up to 04.12.2026 and written in favour of the Chairman University Procurement Committee (Major), Vice-Chancellor, University of Peradeniya. Alternatively, a receipt issued by the Shroff, University of Peradeniya, after making a cash payment for the amount specified above, may be submitted in place of the bank-issued bid security. The bidding documents can also be downloaded from the University Website i.e. www.pdn.ac.lk. Those who are obtaining bidding documents from the University Website should submit the complete documents along with a Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Bursar, University of Peradeniya for a sum as stated in the above table as the non-refundable fee. A pre-bid meeting will be held 011 27tli July 2026 at 2.30 pm at the Committee Room of the Financial Administration Division, Senate Building, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya.
