Expression of Interest for Provision of Cleaning Services and General Housekeeping Services East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd invites experienced and reputable companies to express their interest in the Provision of Cleaning Services and General Housekeeping Services for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project. The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from Lake Albert area in Uganda to eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale, Hoima District in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula in Tanga, Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 kilometres, of which 296 kilometres will be in Uganda and 1,147 kilometres in Tanzania. In Tanzania the pipeline will traverse eight (8) regions comprising of Kagera, Geita, Shinyanga, Tabora, Singida, Dodoma, Manyara and Tanga, 27 administrative District Councils, and 231 Villages Routine cleaning of offices, workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, common areas, corridors, staircases, elevators, and other occupied spaces. · Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing floors, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and high-touch surfaces. · Cleaning and disinfection of washrooms and sanitary facilities, including replenishment of all consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, air fresheners, and other cleaning supplies. · Cleaning of kitchenettes and pantry areas, including external cleaning of appliances, sinks, countertops, water dispensers, refrigerators, microwaves, and utensils. · Cleaning of glass surfaces, internal windows, mirrors, partitions, doors, walls, skirting boards, windowsills, and other interior fixtures. · Collection, segregation, and disposal of general office waste and recyclable materials in accordance with applicable environmental requirements. · Periodic deep cleaning of carpets, rugs, upholstery, fabric furniture, hard floor surfaces, high-level fixtures, air vents, lighting fixtures, and other designated areas. · Cleaning and maintenance of building entrances, exits, external walkways, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and presentable environment. · Supply and maintenance of all cleaning equipment, tools, machinery, approved chemicals, consumables, and personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary for effective service delivery. · Provision of competent and adequately supervised cleaning personnel with appropriate training and qualifications. · Compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE), quality, and workplace regulations, including the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals. · Prompt reporting of maintenance defects, damaged assets, safety hazards, or any irregularities identified during the execution of the services.
