The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option - Consisting In The Delivery Of An Electric Lift Truck With A Foldable Operator Platform And Initial Lifting Of The Forks (Item 5 Opz). The Conditions For Exercising The Option Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
