The Scope Of Work Includes Adapting Existing Basement Rooms Into A Warehouse For Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Along With Securing The Necessary Social Rooms. The Planned Works Do Not Involve Any Interference With The Buildings Structure; The Existing Window Openings In The Load-Bearing Walls Remain Unchanged. The Works Include Only Renovation Works. The Planned Project Will Consist In: - Demolition Of Existing Floor Layers And Construction Of New Ones, - Demolition Of Necessary Plasters And Ceramic Tiles, - Supplementation Of Partition Walls And Construction Of New Walls, - Construction Of Pre-Walls With Finishing, - Installation Of Joinery, Including Separating Rooms With Fire-Resistant Doors, - Construction Of Washable Surfaces And Installation Of Equipment, - Replacement Of Electrical And Low-Current Installations, - Part Of The Central Heating Installation. And Water And Sewage. For Demolition And Reconstruction.
