1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Revitalization (Renovation) Of The Pond (Strengthening The Slopes And Construction Of Descent-Stairs With A Landing) And The Construction Of Small Architectural Objects In A Public Place In The Town Of Smolice, Nos. 401/1, 436, 441, 444, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Pond In Smolice - The Heart Of The Village Newly Co-Financed By The Local Government Of The Wielkopolska Voivodeship Under The Wielkopolska Program Village Renewal 2020+”16Th Edition Of The Competition “The Wielkopolska Countryside Is Becoming More Beautiful” 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of An Earth Pond Along With The Construction Of Field Stairs And Land Development In The Town Of Smolice. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Drainage And Cleaning Of The Pond; B) Carrying Out Earthworks And Profiling And Strengthening The Slopes With Fascines And Gabions; C) Topsoiling, Sowing And Tidying Up The Area; D) Construction Of Field Stairs From Gabions And Composite Boards As Well As Wooden Palisades; E) Construction Of A Paving Stone Surface With A Base And Edges; F) Delivery And Installation Of Benches And Waste Bins; G) Removing The Indicated Trees And Planting New Ones; H) Export And Management Of Excavated Material And Waste In Accordance With Regulations. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: A) Bills Of Quantities. B) Construction Designthe Ordering Party Reserves That When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent Even Despite The Possible Lack Of A Phrase In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. Whenever This Swz Content, In The Scope Related To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Mentions A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process Characterizing A Specific Product, It Is Assumed That Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Word: Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Product To Be Equivalent If It Has The Same Or Better Quality Parameters Than Those Described In The Swz, And Its Use Will Not Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning/Use Of The Product In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party And Will Not Result In Additional Costs Arising From Their Use. 6. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Guarantee Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract,
