4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Repair, Replacement And Modernization Of Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements On Playgrounds Located In The Wyszków Commune, In Accordance With The Lists Resulting From The Technical Assessments Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz. Playgrounds Are Located In The Wyszków Commune: 1) Wyszków, Ul. Gen. Józefa Sowiński;2) Wyszków, Ul. Wspólna;3) Wyszków, Ul. 3 Maja (Karol Ferdynand Waza Park, 2 Playgrounds, Outdoor Gym, Street Workout Equipment);4) Wyszków, Ul. Latoszek;5) Wyszków, Ul. Rumiankowa;6) Wyszków, Ul. Ogródkowa;7) Wyszków, Ul. Żytnia;8) Rybienko Nowe, Ul. Winnie The Pooh.9) Kamieńczyk, Ul. Kościuszko Market Square;10) Kamieńczyk, Ul. Warszawska;11) Drogoszewo, Ul. Powstańców (2 Playgrounds);12) Tulewo Górne;13) Gulczewo;14) Rybienko Stare;15) Deskurów;16) Fidest;17) Lucynów;18) Leszczydół-Działki;19) Leszczydół-Pustki;20) Kręgi Nowe. They Require Various Types Of Repairs In Accordance With The Lists Resulting From The Technical Assessments Carried Out.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Carrying Out Renovation Works In Accordance With The Lists Resulting From The Technical Assessments Carried Out. 2) Disposal Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Service. 3) Cleaning Up The Work Area. 4.3 Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Where Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Economic Operator, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified
