Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Sites Provided For The Management Of The Social Assistance Agency, Rdsp - Vratsa And Dsp On The Territory Of The District, For The Following Sites: Rdsp - Vratsa, Dsp - Vratsa And Dsp - Byala Slatina
The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, According To The Provisions Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electrical Energy And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period.
