The Contract Will Include, In Addition To The Supply Of The Reactive Tapes, The Delivery On Loan, At No Additional Cost To The Hospital, Of The Blood Glucose Measurement Equipment, Lancets, Lancets, Batteries, Accessories And Other Elements Necessary For Its Correct Functioning, Ensuring The Operational Continuity Of The System Throughout The Execution Of The Agreement. Likewise, The Successful Bidder Must Carry Out The Progressive Replacement Of The Existing Equipment Park, The Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of The New Devices, The Migration Of Existing Information When Appropriate, The Implementation And Maintenance Of Clinical Management Software For The Analysis And Administration Of Glycemia Results, Permanent Technical Support, Training Of Clinical Staff And Patients When Required, The Delivery Of Educational Material, The Execution Of Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, The Timely Replacement Of Defective Equipment And The Replacement Of Products Observed Or Rejected, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In These Bases. The Equipment, Reagent Tapes And Supplies Offered Must Fully Comply With The Technical Specifications, Quality Requirements And Certifications Required In These Bases, And Must Accredit Satisfactory Analytical Performance Through The Correlation Study Carried Out By The Clinical Laboratory Of The Santa Cruz Hospital, In Accordance With The Institutional Methodology Based On The Iso 15197:2013 Standard, Said Compliance Constituting A Requirement For The Admissibility Of The Offer. The Execution Of The Agreement Must Guarantee The Continuity Of Supply, The Permanent Availability Of Equipment And Supplies, Patient Safety, Product Traceability, Reliability Of Measurements And Adequate Technological Support For The Clinical Management Of Users, Contributing To The Diagnosis, Monitoring And Control Of Diabetic Patients Treated By The Santa Cruz Hospital.
