Mass Spectrometer – Procurement Of A Qtof Mass Spectrometer. The Thuringian State Office For The Environment, Mining And Nature Conservation Thuringia Intends To Purchase A Replacement Quadrupole Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (Qtof-Ms). The Provision Of A Mass Spectrometer Must Take Place In The Form Of A Rental Agreement For A Maximum Period Of 60 Months. In This Context, The Client Accepts The Contractual Conditions For The Rental Of The Ms System Offered By The Bidder Who Is Awarded The Contract. Excepted From This Are Provisions In The Contractors Contractual Terms And Conditions Regarding The Ordinary Termination Of The Rental Agreement. Instead, The Following Requirements Apply: The Rental Agreement Begins When The Contract Is Awarded And Will Initially Only Be Concluded Until December 31, 2027. The Contractual Relationship Is Extended By A Further Calendar Year (January 1St To December 31St) If The Client Does Not Declare Termination Of The Contract To The Contractor Within The Statutory Notice Periods At The End Of The Respective Contractual Year. The Notice Of Termination Does Not Require Any Justification. The Contractual Relationship Ends No Later Than 60 Months (5 Years) After The Start Of The Partnership In December 2031. The Qtof-Ms Is Intended To Be Used In Particular For The Analysis Of Perfluorinated Alkyl Substances (Pfas) According To Din En 17892:2024-08 And Trifluoroacetic Acid (Tfa) According To Din 38407-53:2025-10. In Addition, Other Priority Substances From The Eu Water Framework Directive (Wfd) As Well As New Environmental Pollutants, E.G. Pesticides, Industrial Chemicals And Pharmaceuticals, Will Be Analyzed With The Device In Complex And Sometimes Heavily Salt-Contaminated Sample Matrices. The Aim Is To Obtain Quantifiable Results At A Concentration Level Of 30% Of The Respective European Environmental Quality Standards (Eqs) For Inland Waters In The Surface And Groundwater Matrices By Means Of Direct Injection Of Even Large Sample Volumes Without Pre-Enrichment. The Aim Is To Deliver A Device That Is Suitable For Both The Quantification Of Ultra-Trace Concentrations In Complex Matrices And The Identification Of Unknown Substances Using High-Resolution Non-Target And Suspect Target Screening.
