The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Brand New, Complete Scraper Grate Equipment (2 Pcs.), A Screens Press Washer (1 Pc.), A Screw Conveyor For Transporting Screenings (1 Pc.), Intended For The Sewage Treatment Plant In Białogard (Ul. Szpitalna 26, 78-200 Białogard), In A Building With An Emergency Pumping Station, Together With The Commissioning Of The Devices And Training Of Employees In The Operation Of The Delivered Equipment. Devices. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Disassembly Of The Currently Installed Devices In The Sparse Screens Building With An Emergency Pumping Station, I.E. Scraper Screen (2 Pcs.), Screens Press Washer (1 Pc.), Screw Conveyor For Transporting Screenings (1 Pc.) At The Sewage Treatment Plant, Along With Their Accessories (Including The Power Supply And Control Cabinet). The Contractor (The Ordering Party Allows Cutting Of The Grate) Will Place The Dismantled Devices In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Białogard (Ul. Szpitalna 26, 78-200 Białogard). 2) Delivery, Unloading And Assembly Of Complete New Devices For Mechanical Sewage Treatment At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Białogard: Scraper Grates (2 Pcs.), Screening Press Washer (1 Pc.), Screw Conveyor For Transporting Screenings (1 Pc.), Control System (1 Set) At The Positions Remaining After Dismantling Old Devices In The Sparse Grating Building With An Emergency Pumping Station. 3) Laying Out New Power And Control Cables From The Power And Control Cabinet To The Devices Along With The Electrical Connection (Grid, Press Washer And Conveyor) And Laying Tape To The Device Installation Site. New Power Cables Should Be Laid In New Cable Routes (Troughs) Made Of Stainless Steel, And The Cabling Should Be Routed Around The Devices In Plastic Pipes. 4) Supplies Rinsing Water To The Screening Press-Washer. The Current Press Washer Is Supplied With Water Via A Pe Pipeline With A Diameter Of 20 Mm. 5) Carrying Out The Necessary Accompanying Works To The Extent Necessary For Proper Installation And Proper Operation Of The Delivered Devices. 6) Modernization Of Part Of The Control, Measurement And Automation Equipment System (Hereinafter Referred To As I&C) By Incorporating The Supplied Devices Into The Control System. 7) Providing A Controller For Technological Devices (Scraper Grates, Screening Washer, Screw Conveyor) Adapted To Communicate With The Ordering Partys Existing Scada System Via The Modbus Tcp Protocol, Along With Starting And Configuring Modbus Tcp Communication And Providing Complete Communication Documentation, Including A Map Of Modbus Registers Containing All Status, Alarm, Measurement Signals And Parameters Available For Reading And Writing. 8) Adaptation Of Signals From New Grates In Accordance With The Existing Scheme In Order To Enable Their Connection To The Existing Control System. Use Modbus Tcp Communication Along With Developing And Transmitting A List Of Registers. 9) Starting The Devices. Inspection And Acceptance Of Installation And Equipment
