The City Of Müncheberg Is Building A New Building On The Property At Ernst-Thälmann-Straße 23, 15374 Müncheberg, As An Extension To The Müncheberg Elementary School. The New Building Fits Into The Building Ensemble And Its Facade Incorporates The Different Materials Of The Existing Buildings. Functionally, The Building Complements The Future Uses With Eight Additional Classrooms, An Assembly Hall/Canteen And A Library. The Building, Which Does Not Have A Basement, Has Three Floors And Ends On The North Side With The Gables Of Rows Of Gable Roofs. The Building Is Founded On A Floor Slab With Strip Foundations And Point Foundation Reinforcements. The Load-Bearing External Walls And The Load-Bearing Internal Walls As Well As The Ceiling Panels Are Made Of Cross-Laminated Timber And Stiffen The Building In Combination With A Side Stairwell Made Of Reinforced Concrete. The Supporting Structure Is Complemented By A Wooden Supporting Structure Made Up Of Columns, Beams And Individual Steel Beams.
