Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Technical Project Preparation Services, Technical Documents Necessary For Obtaining Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations And Technical Assistance For The Project: Asphalting Roads In Seitin Location, Arad County. This Documentation Establishes The Mandatory Minimum Requirements That The Provider Must Comply With In Order To Prepare The Technical Documentation And Provide Technical Assistance Services For The Investment Objective Paving Streets In The Location Of Seitin, Jud. Arad. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Services: A) The Preparation Of The Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals, Agreements And Authorizations Provided For In The Urban Planning Certificate Issued By The Competent Authority, Including All The Specialized Studies Necessary For The Substantiation The Technical Solution (Topographic Study, Geotechnical Study, As Appropriate). B) The Elaboration Of The Technical Project And The Execution Details For The Paving Works, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Gd No. 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages Of The Technical And Economic Documentation Related To The Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds, As Well As With Any Other Technical Regulations Applicable To The Road Infrastructure Works From The Designer Throughout The Duration Of The Execution Of The Works, Consisting Of Participation In The Determining Phases Established By The Quality Control Program, The Issuance Of Site Provisions, The Resolution Of Technical Non-Conformities Arising During The Execution, As Well As Participation In The Reception At The End Of The Works And At The Final Reception.
