Until Completion. The Bidder Is Not Obliged To Exhaust The Maximum Amount Of The Total Amount During The Duration Of The Contract, The Bidder Undertakes To Draw Down A Minimum Of Huf 110,000,000 Net (Minimum Amount) During The Term Of The Contract. The Tenderer Is Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Order Deliveries In Addition To The Obligation To Draw Down The Minimum Amount. The Contract To Be Concluded Is Based On The Civil Code. 6:231 Of The Sales Contract (Future Purchase Of Things Determined By Type And Quantity) Manufacturer And Type Designations In Public Procurement Documents, Possible References To The Make And Type In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Products, In Accordance With Art. 321/2015 (X. 30.)
