Legal Advisory Services – Specifications Relating To Services For Specialized Legal Assistance In The Preparation Of A Draft Flight Act On Behalf Of The Federal Public Service Mobility And Transport. This Assignment Concerns Specialized Assistance On Behalf Of The Minister Of Mobility, In Collaboration With The Directorate General Of Aviation Of The Fps Mobility And Transport. The Contract Concerns Services To Support The Coordination, Design And Writing Of A Flight Act Establishing The Basis For Reconciling The Safety And Efficiency Of Air Traffic With The Legal And Constitutional Minimum Standards In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Public Health, And Establishing Rules On Predictability, Transparency, Openness And Finally The Justification Of The Balance Between Competing Interests, In Order To Take Into Account Noise Pollution, Public Health, Economic Activity And Employment. All This In Accordance With The International Treaties With Direct Effect That Are Binding On Belgium And The Belgian Case Law That Has Been Formed On The Basis Of These Treaties.
