Miscellaneous Fire-Protection Equipment – ​​Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Supply, Installation, Connection, Programming, Commissioning And Verification Of Fire Detection And Alarm Systems (Dci) And Carbon Monoxide Detection Systems (Dco) In Various Municipal Car Parks.. The Service Includes The Integration Of Both Systems With The Existing Ventilation Maneuvers And The Associated Control Automation, Guaranteeing The Full Operability And Safety Of The Facilities. The Scope Of The Contract Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Actions: - General Technical Actions: Dismantling And Removal Of Obsolete Equipment And Wiring; Supply And Complete Installation Of The New Systems (Including Ducting, Supports And Labeling); Connection And Functional Continuity And Insulation Tests; Programming And Parameterization According To The Established Sectorization And Operating Logic. - Dci Specific Scope: Renewal Or Implementation Of The Fire Detection System, Including The Adaptation Of Associated Maneuvers (Stops, Extraction, Barriers, Etc.) And Its Regulatory Commissioning Before The Competent Body. - Dco Specific Scope: Renewal Or Implementation Of The Carbon Monoxide Detection System And Its Integration With The Extraction And Delivery Systems Through The Necessary Interfaces. - Accessory Obligations: Waste Management In Accordance With Environmental Regulations; Basic Training Of Property Personnel; Delivery Of Final Documentation (As-Built), Manuals And Certificates; And Processing Of All Necessary Licenses, Permits And Administrative Records. - Execution Conditions: The Work Will Be Carried Out With The Parking Lot In Operation, Requiring Coordination With The Contracting Entity For The Reservation Of Spaces And The Minimization Of Interference In The Service.
