Tenders are invited for Cost Management, Branding & Marketing Trainer - Akkar. Main Purpose: Cost Management, Marketing, and Branding Training for 9 Lebanese and Syrian Women Beekeepers from Four Villages in the Akkar Coastal Area (Semmakiyeh, Tal Hayat, Tal Abbas, and Qobbet Chomra). This training aims to strengthen participants technical and managerial capacities in sustainable apiary management. The activity will cover the basic business management skills, financial management, marketing bee products, and business planning. By equipping women with practical apiary management skills, the project seeks to improve household income, promote womens economic empowerment, and support the development of sustainable beekeeping enterprises in rural Akkar. All training sessions should be completed before August 30th, 2026. A. Training DeliveryConduct training sessions (5 days in total) for 9 women on cost management, marketing, and branding, including, but not limited to, the following main and sub topics:Financial Management Fixed costs Variable costs Investment costs Operating expenses Cost per hive Cost of honey production Marketing Bee Products Branding Packaging Product labeling Customer service Social media marketing Selling through local markets Cooperatives Online sales Business Planning Business objectives Production targets Budget Marketing plan Risks Opportunities B. Curriculum & Tool Development Develop and deliver 5 training sessions for cost management tailored to non-conventional skills for women. Prepare training materials and all required resources for the practical sessions, visual aids, and simple guidance in clear and accessible language (Arabic). Prepare two technical reports in English, one midterm report including participants progress and key recommendations and one as a final report. C. Community Engagement & CoordinationCoordinate with field teams (scheduling, practical and theoretical sessions) to ensure smooth implementation. D. Safety, Protection & Compliance Ensure all training sessions comply with full safety standards. Promote environmentally friendly and safe gardening practices. Follow organizational procedures, safeguarding standards, and donor requirements. Key Performance Indicators: The consultant shall develop and submit the cost management training program in full compliance with the approved training curriculum and agreed work plan prior to the commencement of the training. All training sessions shall be delivered as scheduled, including both theoretical and practical components, in accordance with the agreed training plan. Pre-training and post-training assessments shall be conducted and results submitted to the contracting authority in the presence of a representative of B&Z. Submit the final technical report, including attendance records, assessment results, photos, achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Education & Experience: A.EducationUniversity degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Rural Development, Marketing, or a related discipline.B.Experience At least 5 years of experience supporting agricultural micro-enterprises, cooperatives, or womens groups. Experience in business planning, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and market linkage. Experience in value chain development of honey and bee products is a plus Experience in coaching women entrepreneurs. Experience in branding, labeling, and product commercialization.
