The Project Includes Complete Design And Execution As A Turnkey Contract (Ns 8407), Including Foundation Work, Support System, Building Body, Technical Installations (Plumbing, Electricity, Ventilation), Outdoor Work And Necessary Environmental And Climate Measures. The Building Will Support The Municipalitys Logistics, Emergency Preparedness And Operational Functions. A Building Code Guide Has Been Prepared For Vinstra Sentrum, Which Uses The Guidelines For Design, But Which Is Adapted To The Buildings Function. The Contractor Must Deliver A Climate Plan That Shows Measures For A Minimum 30% Reduction Of Emissions From Construction Site Operations Beyond The Statutory Requirements.
