The Tender Takes Place As A Non-Public Procedure On The Basis Of The Arn2016 Part Ii As Well As The European Prorail Qualification Scheme (Ep2019), Engineering Firms Sector Section, Published As A Call For Competition. With This Tender, Prorail Aims To Conclude Framework Agreements For Engineering And Consultancy Services For The Area Portfolio In Prorails Five Project Areas.
