This Procurement Will Be Conducted Using A Two-Phase Selection Process Consisting Of An Invitation To Qualify (Itq) Followed By An Invitation To Tender (Itt). Only Suppliers That Meet The Qualification Requirements Of The Itq Will Be Invited To Participate In The Subsequent Itt Phase. Qualified Suppliers With Experience Acting As General Contractors On Marine Construction Projects Are Encouraged To Respond. There Is No Security Requirement Associated With This Procurement.
