The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Complete, Multi-Discipline Construction Design For The Reconstruction Of The Production Hall Building Along With Cloakroom And Social Facilities, Land Development And Equipping The Area With External Installations, As Well As Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Opinions, Conditions, Arrangements, Consents, Permits And Decisions Required By Law, As Well As Carrying Out The Appropriate Administrative And Construction Procedure, Ending With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Building Permit Or Effective Submission Of The Application. Construction Works, In Accordance With The Procedure Required For The Planned Scope Of Works, Enabling The Legal Commencement And Implementation Of Construction Works;2) Carrying Out, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, The Appropriate Procedure For Completing The Construction Process, Ending With The Contractor Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction, To Which The Competent Authority Did Not Raise Any Objections.3) Temporary Separation And Protection Of The Work Area, Including Protection Of Active Parts Of The Facility Against Dust, Pollution And Damage;4) Partial Demolition Of The Existing Industrial Floor, Construction Of An Under-Floor Sewage System And Construction Of A New Floor Along With The Required Construction Layers, Slopes, Expansion Joints And Finishing;5) Construction Of New Openings In Walls, Ceilings And Other Building Partitions, Together With The Construction Of The Required Lintels, Beams, Frames, Reinforcements, Seals And Reconstruction Works;6) Delivery And Installation Of New Gates And Doors Together With Structures Fastening, Processing, Sealing And Finishing Of Frames;7) Demolition Of Existing Walls And Construction Of New Walls And Partitions, Together With The Required Finishing And Fire Protection;8) Earthworks And Reconstruction Works Related To The Construction Of External Power Supply And Control Installations For The Sewage Pump Set;9) Earthworks And Reconstruction Works Related To The Construction Of An External Process Water Installation;10) Execution Of Finishing And Reconstruction Works In The Entire Area Covered By Works, Including The Restoration Of Damaged Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Insulation, Treatments, Hardened Surfaces And Other Elements Of The Building And Land Development; 11) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment In Accordance With The Pfu And The Detailed Design.
