Wastewater-Plant Repair And Maintenance Work – Emptying And Cleaning Sludge Digestion Tanks. Waterschap Vallei En Veluwe Invites Market Parties To Collaborate Within The Framework Agreement For Emptying And Cleaning Sludge Digestion Tanks. We Are Looking For Partners Who Not Only Have The Necessary Expertise And Experience In The Field Of Safely Emptying, Cleaning And/Or Preparing Sludge Digestion Tanks, But Who Also Want To Invest In A Sustainable, Open And Reliable Collaboration, Without An Integral Implementation Obligation. The Work Includes Emptying Sludge Digestion Tanks, Removing And Disposing Of Sludge (Residues), Cleaning The Tanks And Associated Installation Parts, As Well As Carrying Out Additional Work That Is Necessary To Safely Inspect, Maintain Or Put The Tanks Back Into Operation. There Is No Maximum Limit On The Number Of Framework Contractors Within The Framework Agreement; Every Tenderer Who Meets The Eligibility Requirements (See Chapter 4) Is Eligible For Admission. Based On Historical Expenditure, The Size Of The Order For Emptying And Cleaning Sludge Digestion Tanks Is Estimated At Approximately €300,000 (Excluding Vat) Per Year. For The Entire Term Of The 6-Year Agreement, Including Extensions, The Total Estimated Size Is Approximately €1,800,000 (Excluding Vat). To Cover Possible Unforeseen Costs, A Margin Of 100% Has Been Applied To The Estimate, Resulting In A Ceiling Amount Of €3,600,000 (Excluding Vat) For The Entire Duration Of The Assignment. The Amounts Mentioned Above Are Indicative Only. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Claims Or Rights From This. The Contracting Authority Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat.
