The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Realization Of The New Building Of The Karel Halíř Basic Art School In Vrchlabí On Josefa Šíra Street, Intended For Interest-Based Art Education, Within The Scope Of Project Documentation For The Selection Of A Contractor, A List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions And Other Procurement Documents. The Construction Represents The New Construction Of A Civic Equipment Object - A School Facility, The Main Purpose Of Which Is To Create A Modern Background For Teaching Music, Dance And Visual Arts At The Basic Art School. Part Of The Scope Of Work Is Mainly The Construction Of A Two-Storey Non-Basement Building With A Partial Attic, Including The Execution Of Foundation Structures, Load-Bearing Structural System, Perimeter Cladding, Roof Structure, Complete Internal Building Structures, Surface Treatments And All Finishing Construction Works. The Building Will Contain Teaching Classrooms, A Concert And Dance Hall, An Art Studio With A Ceramic Kiln, The Schools Administrative Facilities, Sanitary Facilities, Warehouses, Technical Rooms And The Buildings Technological Facilities. The Teaching Spaces Are Designed With An Emphasis On Their Variability And The Possibility Of Future Layout Adjustments. The Subject Of The Performance Is The Implementation Of All Technical Equipment Of The Building And Technical Infrastructure, Especially New Lv Electrical Connections, Water Supply, Sewage And Storm Sewers, Communication Lines And Backbone Pipelines Of Geothermal Wells. Part Of The Construction Is The Installation Of A Complete Heating And Cooling System Using A Ground-Water Heat Pump With Geothermal Wells, Air Conditioning, Health Technical Installations, Electrical Installations, Measurement And Regulation Systems, Hot Water Preparation, As Well As All Other Professions Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Building. The Public Contract Also Includes All Outdoor Construction Objects And Improvements, In Particular The Implementation Of Paved And Unpaved Areas, Orchard Improvements, The Introduction Of Technical Infrastructure, The Construction Of A Shed For Municipal Waste And Bicycle Racks, Including Its Structural Solution And Connection To The Surrounding Public Space. However, The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Not The Supply Of Free Furniture And Equipment Not Technically Connected To The Building (Tables, Chairs, Including The Supply Of Electronics), Which Will Be The Subject Of Another Separate Public Contract. The Project Documentation For The Selection Of The Contractor Also Contains A Description Of The Elements Of The Free Furniture (Which Is The Subject Of Another Public Order), In The List Of Dimensions There Are Items From Part D 1.5. Divided Into The Relevant Sections Of Construction And Engineering Objects. The Statement Of Dimensions Corresponds To The Given Subject Of The Public Contract. Page 5 Of 19 The Performance Also Includes All Related Deliveries, Assembly, Tests, Revisions, Functional Tests, Commissioning Of Equipment, Handing Over Relevant Documents, Certificates And Attestations, Production And Warranty Certificates, As Well As All Activities Necessary For The Proper Completion And Handing Over Of A Complete, Functional And Operable Work In Accordance With Project Document
