The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Step-By-Step Specialist Planning Services For Technical Equipment In Accordance With §§53 Ff Hoai - Lph 1 - 9, System Group 1, 2, 3, 8; The Erdweg School Association Intends To Create The Spatial Capacity To Meet The Future Requirement For All-Day Care At The School Complex On Pater-Cherubin-Str. 3 In 85253 Erdweg. This Is To Be Done Through A Partial Renovation With An Extension Of The Former Gymnasium Building, Which Is Structurally Connected To The Actual Primary School Building Via Connecting Corridors. The Erdweg Elementary And Middle School Is Located In The School Complex At Pater-Cherubin-Straße 3 In 85253 On Corridor Number 406/5 In The Großberghofen District. The Monolithic 3-Story Main Building With A Flat Roof (Main Building) Currently Offers Capacity For 289 Primary And 192 Middle School Students In 23 Classes As Well As 55 Teachers. There Is Another School Building On The Southwest Side Of The Elementary School Building. This Building Is Designed As An Elongated Building Running In A Southeast-Northwest Direction. It Is Structurally Connected To The Primary School Building Via A Connecting Building. The Gymnasium Building To Be Converted Was Built In The 1960S. As Part Of The Overall Ensemble, It Is Located Northwest Of The Main Building, Virtually Opposite It. It Is Structurally Connected To The Main Building Via Two Connecting Corridors Made Of A Steel And Glass Structure. The Buildings Cubature Consists Of The Main Gymnasium On The One Hand And An L-Shaped, Single-Story Extension On The Southern And Southwestern Sides Of The Gymnasium Building. The Latter Houses A Caretakers Apartment As Well As Changing Rooms And Other Ancillary Rooms To The Gym. The Following Individual Measures Are Intended As Part Of The Construction Project: Middle School Area: Partial Construction Of A Cafeteria And Associated Common Areas For Daily Tastings For 40 Students. The Kitchen Is Implemented As A Distribution Kitchen. These Measures Are Not Part Of The Funded Measures And Must, However, Be Budgeted And Organized Separately Due To Different Funding Programs (Separate Cost Planning And Allocation/Billing). Primary School Area: Creation Of All-Day Care With A Cafeteria And Associated Common Areas For 180 Children. The Kitchen Is Implemented As A Distribution Kitchen. The Inner Courtyard Connecting The Existing Primary School Building And The New Structures To Be Built Is To Be Redesigned. Library Area: The Community Library Is Currently Housed In Another Building In The Immediate Vicinity Of The School Center And Must Be Given A New Location Within The School Complex (Area Approx. 150 Square Meters). These Measures Are Not Part Of The Funded Measures And Must Therefore Be Budgeted And Organized Separately (Separate Cost Planning And Allocation/Billing).
