Calibration Services – Services Of Aviation Checks Of Technical Systems And Aviation Navigation Procedures - Tentative For 4 Years.. The Subject Of Procurement Are The Following Services: - Aviation Technical System Check Services - Flight Procedure Operational Review - Flight Validation Of Flight Procedures - Coding Of Pbn Flight Procedures For The Pre-Production Database In Accordance With The Technical Requirements And Specifications From The Cost Sheet, From The Attachment Of This Documentation. The Services Of Aviation Verification, Operational Review Of Flight Procedures And Coding Of Pbn Flight Procedures For The Pre-Production Database Are Carried Out Either Periodically Or On Request, In Full Accordance With Icao Standards And Rules (Doc. 8071, Annex 10 And Annex 14, Pans Ops Icao Doc 8168 Volume I, Volume Ii And Volume Iii, Icao Doc 9906 Volume 5, Icao Doc 9906 Volume 6 Flight Validation Pilot Training And Evaluation), As Well As In Accordance With Regulations 2017/373, 2020/469, Iso 9001 And The Rulebook On Designing And Establishing Methods, Procedures And Other Conditions For Safe Takeoff And Landing Of Aircraft, Appendix 2: Compliance Lists For Ifp Flight Tests (Ministry Of Maritime Affairs, Transport And Infrastructure, Official Gazette No. 39/2023). For The Purpose Of This Procurement, The Term Flight Validation Means Exclusively The Validation Of Flight Procedures By Aircraft (Aircraft Flight Validation), I.E. Validation Carried Out Using The Aircraft. Regarding The Requirements From Tables 1, 2 And 3, The Tenderer Must Attach All The Required Evidence Listed In The Technical Requirements Section, Points 1 To 14 Of The General Requirements (Annex Of This Documentation). The Bidder Is Obliged To Fill In Table 1. (Annex: Technical Requirements) - List Of Systems/Devices/Procedures For Which The Bidder Is Authorized To Perform An Aerial Check Of Correctness, With The Fact That The Bidder Must Have Appropriate Authorizations For The Aerial Verification Of The Systems/Devices And Procedures Listed In Table 1 From Order Number 1 To 14. The Offeror Must Comply With All Mandatory Requirements From The Annex: Technical Requirements, Which He Enters In Table 1 From Order Number 1 To 14. The Offeror Is Obliged To Write/Mark (With An X) Next To Each Request Whether He Fulfills It. The Client Will Reject And Will Not Consider Offers From Bidders That Do Not Meet All The Mandatory Requirements From Table 1 (Requirements From Order No. 1 To 14) Of The Client. Along With The List Of Systems/Devices, The Tenderer Is Obliged To Submit Samples/Copies Of Reports For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Aviation Checks, And To Indicate Which Aviation Check Manual He Uses Or To Provide A Brief Description Of The Procedures By Which He Performs The Aviation Checks. The Bidder Is Also Obliged To Submit Samples/Copies Of The In-Flight Validation Of Flight Procedures Report And Indicate Which Manual Is Used As The Basis For Such In-Flight Validation Of Flight Procedures And Is Obliged To Submit A Brief Description Of The In-Flight Validation Of Flight Procedures. The Bidder Is Obliged To Submit A List Of Equipment For The Aviation Check Of Systems/Devices, Which Must Be Accompanied By Copies Of Certificates And Evidence For The Specified Equipment, As Well As Copies Of The Certificate Of Airworthiness Of The Specified Aircraft.
