The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of: 1) 278 Desktop Computers With An Integrated Graphics Card; 2) 2 Desktop Computers With Dedicated Graphics Card; 3) 278 Office Monitors For Computers From Point 1; 4) 2 Office Monitors For Computers From Point 2; 5) 18 Office Laptops (Ram: 16Gb); 6) 2 Office Laptops (Ram: 32Gb); 7) 300 Pieces Of Office Software. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Computer Equipment, Monitors, Laptops And Office Software Be Designed And Manufactured In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design, Enabling Their Use By All Users, Including People With Disabilities: 1) Computer Equipment And Monitors Must Ensure: A) The Possibility Of Connecting Supporting Devices (E.G. Ergonomic Keyboards, Trackball Mice, Switch Devices, Screen Readers), B) Clear Markings Of Ports And Control Elements, C) Easy Access To Sockets Without The Need To Use Force, D) Adjustment Of The Height, Angle Of Inclination And Rotation Of The Screen, E) Meeting Ergonomic Requirements Confirmed By A Tco Or Equivalent Certificate; 2) Laptops Must Have: A) Matte Screens With High Contrast And Wide Viewing Angles, B) Backlit Keyboard, C) The Ability To Operate System Functions From The Keyboard (Without Using A Mouse), D) Compatibility With Assistive Technologies (Screen Readers, Screen Magnifiers, Voice Control); 3) The Operating System And Office Software Must: A) Enable Changing The Contrast, Font Size And Interface Elements, B) Be Compatible With Assistive Technologies (Nvda, Jaws, Zoomtext, Dragon Naturallyspeaking Or Equivalent), C) Provide Full Keyboard Operation, D) Enable The Creation And Reading Of Documents Compliant With The Wcag 2.1 Aa Standard In Terms Of Digital Accessibility; 4) User Documentation Must Be Available: A) In Electronic Form In A Format That Can Be Read By Screen Readers (Pdf/Ua Or Html), B) In A Legible Printed Version (Sans-Serif Font, Contrast Of At Least 70%, Size ≥ 12 Points); 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That All Delivered Devices And Software Comply With The Accessibility Principles Set Out In The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs And In The Regulation On The National Interoperability Framework; 6) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Also Provide Technical Support In The Field Of Configuring Accessibility Functions (E.G.
