The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Within The Project Of Reconstruction Of The Youth Home, Including Related Construction Objects And Technical Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Contract Mainly Includes The Complex Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Youth Home, Modernization Of The Interior Spaces, Layout Modifications, Insulation Of The Building, Replacement Of Opening Structures, Reconstruction Of The Roof Covering, Reconstruction And Construction Of New Distributions Of The Technical Equipment Of The Building, Reconstruction Of Heating, Health Technology, Air Conditioning, Electrical Installations, Low-Current Systems And Electronic Security System. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Central Boiler Room, The Implementation Of The Take-Off Electrical Equipment, The Areas Lv Distribution And Outdoor Lighting, The Modification Of The Areas Roads And Paved Areas, Including Parking Spaces, The Construction Of A New Garage And The Replacement Of The Elevator. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes All Related Demolition Work, Delivery And Installation Of Technologies, Execution Of Tests And Revisions, Commissioning Of Equipment, Development Of Relevant Documentation Of The Actual Execution And Provision Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper And Complete Implementation Of The Work In Accordance With The Project Documentation.
