Coal Gas, Mains Gas Or Similar Gases – Containerbasierte Pilotanlage. The Aachen University Of Applied Sciences Intends To Procure A Container-Based Pilot Hydrogen Plant Using Funds From The Responsible Department Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia And The Federal Ministry For Research, Technology And Space (Bmftr). The Components Of The Entire System Are Shown In Fig. 1 Of The List Of Services. The Entire System Consists Of Two Hydrolysis Tanks, An Intermediate Storage Facility, A Fermentation Product Storage Facility And A Hydrogen Reactor. The Hydrogen Reactor, Which Must Be Designed As A Continuous Anaerobic Stirred Tank Reactor (Cstr), Should Have A Reaction Volume Of Approx. 400 L Plus Head Space. The Resulting Gas, Which Is Expected To Have A Gas Production Rate Of Up To 1,000 L/D Gas Mixture Of H2 And Co2 /D, Must Be Quantified In Terms Of Quantity Or Volume And Recorded In Terms Of Gas Composition. The Entire System Should Be Implemented In A 40-Foot Container. The System Should Be Assembled Ready For Operation, Including Control, Work Planning, Delivery, Documentation, Commissioning And Training. The Project Is Accompanied By An Expert Commissioned By The Fh. The Expert Monitors The Manufacturers Obligations When Setting Up The Machine Or System. The Container-Based Pilot System Must Be Delivered Ready For Operation And Put Into Operation By June 30, 2027 At The Latest.
