The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development And Delivery Of Project Documentation At The Level Of The Construction Plan And The Construction Project In The Details Of The Implementation Project (Hereinafter Referred To As Szp/Vpp), The Provision Of Engineering Activities, The Result Of Which Will Be The Provision Of A Valid Decision On The Construction Plan And The Verification Of The Construction Project By The Competent Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ič For Szp/Vpp), The Provision Of Property And Legal Settlement Of Land Owners (Hereinafter Referred To As Mpv), The Implementation Of The Construction, The Provision Of Related Engineering Activities During The Implementation Of The Building (Hereinafter Referred To As The Approval Number), The Development And Delivery Of Project Documentation For The Actual Construction Of The Building (Hereinafter Referred To As The Dsz) And Ensuring The Assessment Of The Tsi Ene By A Notified Person. The Purpose Of The Construction Is To Improve The Provision Of Reliable Power Supply To The Traction Line On The Čaňa Št. Mr. - Barca, Which Will Have A Positive Effect On The Smoothness Of Rail Transport. Sufficient Power Will Also Be Ensured For The Newly Built Electrified Marshalling Track And Siding Of The Strategically Important Valalika Strategic Territory.
