The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of New (Not Refurbished) Medical Devices And Equipment (3T Magnetic Resonance Imaging With A Pressure Injector Of Contrast Material), Including Assembly, Installation, Commissioning Of The Supplied Devices And Operator Training, With The Aim Of Equipping (Renovating) The Workplace With A Set Of Medical Devices Of An Instrumental Nature. Part Of The Scope Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Contractual Full Service Security For A Period Of 10 Years (Of Which 2 Years Free Warranty Service + 8 Years Flat-Rate Monthly Payment After The End Of The Warranty Period). The Public Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts In The Sense Of § 101 Zzvz, Participants Are Only Entitled To Submit An Offer Including All Items Of The Subject Of The Public Contract.
